Cap University is a comprehensive online guide that will walk you through the recruitment process: step-by-step, grade-by-grade, month-by-month, including grade checks each year. These courses are designed to keep you on track during those crucial recruitment years. As a Rush player you have free access to all Grade-By-Grade courses. Create and complete tasks for any recruiting process to stay organized and on track. We will notify you in app and via email when a task is overdue to hold you accountable.
